PASEO CARMELITAS is a big gallery where you can find stores during the day and excellent bars and restaurants at night. EL BAR is for people who like to have a good drink, a good pizza and listen to good music while watching concert videos (no dancing floor). You can chose from being indoors or outdoors. One of the best chefs in the city gives us an elegant menu, with top quality food and presentation, from sea food to sirloin steak, an exellent option to start the night. If you're an "american idol" fan or you just like to sing you can show your talent at COVER, the best karaoke place in Asuncion, always very crowded, you have to make a reservation before you go so you don't have to wait in line. After killing your throat of singing you can taste the best ice cream place in the city: FREDDO, originally from Buenos Aires, this place is for people of all ages, you can go with the family, with your date or with your group of friends. This is the most expensive ice cream place in the city but is worth it! KILKENNY AND KAMASTRO have the same features as EL BAR but at these places you always have LIVE MUSIC, the best bands in the city gather here every weekend to share with us their songs, some of theme covers from bands of the 80s and 90s like U2, eric clapton, aerosmith, guns roses, giving a great tribute to the best bands in the world!!
