From Lisbon you can take the train to Cascais by the Atlantic coast. Cheap train ride with a nice view over the coastline. In Cascais you'll find all the fancy hotels and bars you need to party with celebs and rich people, or just having an insane lot of fun at Coconuts. But don't go for a swim unless you really like cold water!
