Park Inn East Reviews
Park Inn Munich East Jul 17, 2009
If you’re looking for a hotel that makes it easy to get around the city, this is it, as it’s right on a train line. However, that also means it makes for a noisy night. That’s the only complaint with this hotel, as it is a clean and efficient hotel that offers a good breakfast. The staff was friendly, and quick to answer questions or help in any way. The rooms are average in size, and are clean. It was the first hotel room we got that had an iron and ironing board, so we were very excited about that.

A Great Hotel In Germany May 27, 2005
This hotel was part of a Contiki tour we did in Europe. We arrive into Munich Germany at this nice hotel. It was a nice yellow colour and had a nice lobby area. It was a little noisy at night as it is located right on the train line.
The train would pass directly behind the hotel and it would shake all the time. The good thing is its right near the metro line about 50m. SO you can go directly downtown from here in a quick flash. Overall The hotel is in a quiet area, so it is possible to sleep with the patio door open or just cracked, and the breeze is very nice. The bed is simple but comfortable, and the bathroom is very basic but functional and I had no complaints. There is also a computer in the lobby with complimentary internet access. There is a restaurant and bar in the hotel, but I did not use them. There are one or two restaurants within walking distance from the hotel, and of course downtown Munich has plenty of good eating establishments. The morning breakfast we had was a an amazing feast. Eggs, bacon, toast and many other great things. I would recommend all my travbuddies to stay here. It is so worth it. Cheers Part of the European Vista May 2005 - My first Europe trip travel blog |

When done, we checked into our Munich hotel (Park Inn Munich East), and had enough time to change before going to a Bavarian beer hall, Hofbrauhaus, for dinner. I sat with Jess, Celia, Kerrianne, Ryann, and Kim, and a married couple from Israel, and an old, drunk, German man who had been there… DAY 16- Hopfgarten to Munich |
