The flight home has been officially changed to June 7 (after giving Air Canada & my travel agent a few "suggestions"). One month to go. It should be great, a week in Switzerland, a week in Scandenavia, a week in the UK and another week in Ireland. Notice these are probably the most expensive countr…

We ate breakfast at the hotel again because it was SO FREAKING GOOD and
then we walked around the city a little bit before we had to make out

The Centre Georges Pompidou is one of the most controversial building in Paris.A piece of art of his own, it is made to maximise it's internal volumes, so everything which "should" be inside the building is actually outside the building. So from the outside it's really... What can you say about Paris - it's awesome! The weather in April can be iffy, but the trees start opening and the crowds aren't crazy like summer. Despite what some people say, as long as you make a little effort, the French are friendly and helpful. And the food, ..., and the wine ... OMG!!!

Wow, I can’t believe it’s already been a full week since I left Los Angeles. Wow, how time flies when you’re experiencing the world. It’s funny because when I left on the trip, I mainly thought I was leaving friends and family behind for two months. Now, however, I’m coming to realize I b…

Paris was a very fun place to visit. My very first impression of the city was, "wow, there's a lot of people (tourist) here". This actually made me happy with the fact that I went against my professor's advice to study in Paris and I went to live in Nantes instead. I wanted to live in a big en…
