Great place to relax May 02, 2011
Not only is this one of the most official and largest parks in Brussels, (Bois de la Cambre not included as it is technically a forest), it houses the historical archway, the fountain, a few museums, along with a football field, and some structures and areas for the kids. A great relaxing afternoon activity is to buy a bottle of wine or a few beers from a nearby Carrefour, or equally some sandwiches or fruit, and go to sit in the parc in the sun and enjoy Brussels like the locals.
