Sep 02, 2006 Paolo's is a brick oven Italian cafe. They serve pizza, calzones, stromboli and other sandwiches. They also have gourmet ice cream, pastries, cookies, biscotti, coffee, espresso, cappuccino, latte, tea and many flavors of frozen coffee, tea and shakes. I had the Paolo stramboli and Emilia had the Paolo calzone. Very large portions and great taste. Highly recommend stopping by if you are ever in Waynesville, OH to do some shopping. The atmosphere was very nice, the staff obviously enjoy their jobs and made it a very pleasant experience for us. We got some cappucino ice cream on the way out.
