A nice spot in a nice land, OstTirol, the small town of Kartitsch.

We have been there for a long week/end and our stay has been perfect. André manages his Hotel with the help of his mother (wonderful cook) and the father (all purpose man, waiter, kitchen help, receptionist...) ;)

The structure consist of about 15 double rooms well equipped, our room was about 33 sqm. large with bedroom, bathroom and a "living room" corner equipped with TV and minibar service. A terrace right in front of the Alps was the best frame we could expect for.

A new "wellness" center has been opened the last december (2007) and offers many different services from Finnish Sauna to relaxing massages. The use of this wellness center, with the exception of the massage, is included in the price of your room.

We got half board service and i can assure that the food was excellent and never banal with some balcanic influences (Andy's mother comes from Serbia), nice presentations, a daily fresh salads buffet... all you could wish is there, on your table. A wide list of wines is at your disposal André is a member of the Tiroler Sommelier Association and prepared a good list of many different Austrian wines.

Miles and miles for ski walkers and even for alp-skiing are at a step from the Hotel.

We warmly suggest this place for the very good price/quality ratio.
