Pandanon Silos Mountain and River Resort in Murcia is 45 minutes outside of Bacolod City.
They offer huts and cottages for rent to use during the day. If you'd like to stay the night, you can also rent cottages. They have a building with 3 rooms, 2 of which are connecting. All cottages and rooms have private bathrooms. There is a pool available for a charge. The river is free to use and relaxing with the flowing water. The resort has an abundance of trees that provide shade. If you're not much into swimming, you can just relax in a hut and enjoy the breeze. The best time to go here is in the weekday when there are less people. It's one of many great places to be when you want an escape from the noise and air pollution.
