Delicious pancakes for a cheap price Jun 02, 2011
For breakfast this morning... or better yet... brunch, Karena and I decided to go for pancakes. She had told me that she really wanted to eat them and I do love pancakes... easy choice!
And boy, what a great choice! The pancake House had recently opened its doors in the Mid Valley Megamall, so we were lucky. We could sit either inside or outside, so we opted to sit outside.
The waiter handed us the menus and we studied it. To my suprise, they didn't just served pancakes. They also served normal breakfast, soups, soups, salades and meat & fish dishes. But we wanted pancakes, so we stuck to that page of the menu.
In the mean time the place was filling up nicely, while we told our order to the waiter. A coffee and a chicken strip & cheese medley pancake, while for me a cucumber/green mango shake and a banana pancake (with 3 pancakes).
The drinks came pretty quickly, but we had to wait a while for the food to arrive, due to the restaurant being almost full. But when the food was brought, it was definitely worth the wait. Everything was really delicious!
For around 38 MYR/RM (around 9 euros or 13 US dollars) we had a very delicious "breakfast" and if we ever go back to Mid Valley Megamall... Pancake House is the place to visit! :D
