Good clean room ,nice big swimming pool with lots of trees around ,friendly staff,no hassels ,breakfast was O.K.There is a Mini- Mart right next door and the hotel is in walking distance to the beach.
The fridge in the room made a noise every now and then to freak you out,but in general a good value place.  Part of the list Pattaya
