The mansion was declared preserved by the Cyprus Department of Antiquities and has been since then restored. It consists of two large houses divided always according to its original layout into four apartments: two studios and two single bedroom apartments. All apartments are fully furnished with their own bathroom and kitchenette (including stove, refrigerator, cooking ware etc), whilst they are all centrally heated during winter.
