Paia Vacation Guide
Paia is located on Maui's North Shore. It is home to the world famous "Jaws" and "Ho'okipa" surf breaks. It is also the last town on the infamous "Road to Hana" route so this is where you should get last minute supplies like Dramamine.
Paia is away from the crowd. Not many tourists frequent the town because it's so far out of the way from more common tourist hangouts like Lahiana and Kihei. There is a huge hippie population in Paia so beware of the "Maui Wowwie" (marijuana). Definitely don't speed in Paia because people jaywalk all the time!

This was a quick two day, two night trip to the island of Maui. After visiting this place I now understand why couples choose to honeymoon here.
