Going up north in the Philippines, amidst the prevailing typhoons at that time, I was up for the challenge to go to Ilocos Norte and Ilocos Sur -- pay a visit to the highly acclaimed cities of Vigan, Laoag, and Pagudpod. I am up for some historical, cultural, man-made, and natural expeditions in these areas (not to mention a gastronomical feast!). I went to see a lot of things, and my 4-day itinerary is jam-packed with places and activities! I totally loved this adventure!
