Luggage And Bags: Suitcase with wheels on it, money bag if you can.
Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: Good pair of walking shoes, use for wet weather. Raincoat which can be folded up small.
Toiletries & Medical Supplies: You can get little mini bottles in Superdrug. Boots are OK, but I prefure Superdrug. Also get empty bottles in there, & put some of your shampoo/conditioner into them.
I use heat Nurophen or Deep Heat patches for my back & Co-Dryzomol (get from Dr's only) for my back condition. You can hire crutches, scooters. electrick wheelchairs from Speedy (I know, awful pun!) from Falmouth but they must be ordered in advance. There's no shopmobility in Newquay as yet.
See your Dr or nurse as soon as you can to get repeat prescriptions - get enough for the trip and a bit extra, saves hastle bealive me.
Photo Equipment: Sand & cameras don't mix.
Camping/Beach/Outdoor Gear: Bandanas are good for tying up your hair. sheilds against flying sand etc.
Torch for those unexpected nights out
Whistle or emergency alarm
Miscellaneous: When travelling instead of buying cups of rea, take your own.
Wear a money belt under your clothes
Keep back those little black plastic forks you get with pasta pots, they are most handy
