Alaska is Beautiful beyond belief, but you will enjoy taking all those outdoor pictures more if you pack warmer clothes. Those of us from the lower 48 get cold in our regular summer clothing. So pack for fall or spring. Long sleeves, Jeans, and jackets are a must for this picture/postcard state.(visited there 6/20/08-7/1/08)

Temperatures range from the 40’s to the 80’s normally in the Summer.

Check to see if your lodging has laundry facilities so you can pack less.

Once again the Horizon Court was packed , so we sat with 2 ladies who then asked us if we had eaten breakfast in the dining room. We told them yes and here they were friends with the 2 ladies from Florida we had eaten with at breakfast. What a coincidence! They… Sea Daze!

  After packing my luggage, and saying my goodbyes to Keith, I was on my way.  I was a bit sad as I wouldn't see Keith anymore this trip as there was no point in paying $50 in cab fare to go back and forth… Tracy Fjord Cruise / Excursion (OMG...The Most Incredible Trip!!)
