Morro Bay, being on the ocean front and a tourist town, has loads of restaurants.  And, I'll admit I have not eaten at all of them.  But this one is right down on the bay and offers very good food and drink. Fish and chips, or Calamari and chips seem to be the favorites on the lunch menu but they have wonderful soups, and sandwiches which are made to order. The view is wonderful, with the small boats slowly cruising past, and the atmosphere is calm and relaxed.  The lunch prices aren't cheap but neither are they expensive.  The evening brings linen tablecloths and napkins, candles, and wine, with prices much more upscale and menu to match.

I highly recommend the lunch.
