Standard 3 star hotel really, accomodation-wise. Found the staff quite abrupt and generally unhelpful but the location of the place itself is excellent, just across from the Old Town. Don't bother booking any tours through the hotel either; all of them are overpriced. You can save at least 30 PLN a tour just by using the tourist information offices in the Old Town. For some reason they also provide you with bottled water in your room. Nothing wrong with that, except for the fact the water tastes vile. Better off drinking from the tap or buying some yourself.

Terrific Hotel! Nov 18, 2006

This hotel is not air-conditioned, which means that you will have to leave the windows open when its warm, meaning you will hear everything going on in a noisy parking lot below. Cleanup staff in the early AM is noisy and make no effort to be quie...read entire review at TravelPost.com

Today I showed Shane around stare miasto (old town). He'd been in Rynek Głowny of course, but hadn't really done much "sight seeing". And we walked to Wawel Hill of course.
