May 24, 2006Rice is my passion in life. Anyone who knows anything about me knows this one fact: I couldn’t live without rice, and I would never want to try. Therefore, for me it was essential to find a good Japanese restaurant in Chicago that I could frequent when cravings for sushi overpowered (a daily occurrence). I think I have stumbled across such a place; it’s called Oysy and serves damn good sushi at a really reasonable price. They have some tasty traditional sushi/sashimi plates as well as some interesting creative ones. The fish tastes like it was caught 5 minutes ago: so fresh, I felt I had died and gone to heaven. This week I have already been there twice and I can imagine I’ll be there at the weekend too. Yum.
