Ovenpå is a club/pub where they mostly play trance and techno. In other words the music is horrible, but the beers are cheap and if you like to dance (disco-crazy-style) this is the place for you.
The Covercharge is 100kr and the beers are often 25kr on Thursday and 30kr every other day I believe. Anyway , its one of the cheapest places in Bergen. Its also a good pickup-joint if you are looking for something, but mind that most girls here are from outside of Bergen, so you might be invited to an afterparty way out of the city. The music is so loud that its really hard to talk to the people you meet and its often very warm inside during the summer. They should upgrade their Air condition. Location: Vestre Skostr 2.
