O'shea's Irish Restaurant Dublin Reviews
First Irish Meal Apr 05, 2012
I landed in Dublin, met up with a friend got to the hotel (Blooms Hotel) and was too early to check in, so we stored our luggage at the hotel stepped right out and O'shea's was basically right across the street and i was hungry! so seemed like as good of place as any to stop in.
It's a small place, nothing spectacular out the appearance, so i figured it must be good, and i was right! It was around 10am when we got there, we sat right down, and i decided the first thing i must have in Ireland is a pint of Guinness, and i didn't get a weird look, like i would have for ordering a beer with breakfast in the states, it was a damn good pint, too, along with it i got a traditional Irish breakfast, might as well knock out two important things at once, the plate arrived i was pleased with it! fried eggs, baked beans, a sausage, Bacon ( not the America kind, haha ), tomatoes, which i don't care for with breakfast and the infamous black and white pudding, i ashamed to admit that i chickened out of trying, next time i brave it! The food was really good, i was very happy with my very first Irish in Ireland, if i were to stay in the same area i'd think about going back, but i might try a new, its a toss up for me.
It was good food and beer, life was good that day!
