 They lost our corporate business through inhospitality Apr 01, 2009
Our company's new CEO was evicted from his room, because a cheerleaders' competition group arrived and needed the room. We thought we had the room, and in fact we were occupying the room, but the hotel thought otherwise. The front desk implied that force would be used if we did not vacate the room. No substitute room was offered, nor any kind of compensation for the inconvenience. No attempt was made to book another room in another hotel. As a result, one of our directors spent that night on a sofa in the casino.
Our company used the Orleans for a number of years as a base of operations during Las Vegas-based conventions and trade shows. After this unpleasant experience in the spring of 2008, however, we moved our business elsewhere. |

Horrible and un-friendly Service! Aug 06, 2008
