Opera Bar
Opera Bar Reviews
A bar with one of the best views in Sydney Feb 27, 2008
The drinks are a little on the expensive side, and they don't serve beers in schooner glasses (schmiddies only), but this bar has one of the best views in Sydney. The bar is located almost underneath the Opera House and right across the harbour from the Harbour Bridge.
If you want a seat, get there early, before all the suits knock off work. A lot of people head down there after work or on their way to a show at the Opera house. The botanical gardens are right next door, they are always worth a look too. |

By now, Royston… Back to Sydney - Rain, Celebs, and Pouty Lips |

When we were in the water taxi, the driver went pass this development… More beaches and parties |

After that we walked over to The Rocks and thru a little shopping area and then came back to have some afternoon drinks at the Opera Bar. It was so relaxing and there was good people watching too! We took the subway back to our hotel and then walked into Chinatown for dinner. We ate at the Dixon Restaurant which was a chinese restaurant with outside tables. The weather was so perfect… Sydney, Australia |

I also went to Opera bar which I never get tired of. After work it is especially nice because of the light. I took some pics this time which I am posting. So much of Sydney is incredibly picturesque. My walk home now is great, I start in the Rocks… Summer in Sydney |
