My way home was not as easy as getting to Canada. I arrived at the London Airport way too early at around 2:45pm so I had a bunch of time to kill because my plane wasn't going to leave until 4:40pm. I thought international flight, should be there early. Well, check in took me 5 minutes. So I went outside and took some pictures. Went back inside. Read a little. Wandered around the airport some more and then I went through security 5 minutes before boarding time just because there was abs...

After having been to all the games of FIFA U20 in Ottawa, I've got to say it was probably the biggest sporting event ever to take place in my hometown. Ottawa was lucky enough to be able to see Argentina play four times, the Czech Republic play three, Brazil and USA play one game against each other, and Mexico play one game against Argentina. We also got to see the determination of the Panamian and North Korean sides, trying to compete in the hardest group in the tournament. H...

Have had a great time here, it's been a very good start to the trip. If the rest is like this then it should be a great trip. (fingers crossed) Found it very easy to get around after the taxi rip-off. One tip. Do not upload your camera card to any website untill you have backed up your photos, I have just lost about 75 photos, not happy.

In 2005 my travels took me to Canada. I had befriended some Canadian folk and took them up on the invitation to visit their country. I was based near Toronto and had a look around the city and surrounding area down to Niagara Falls.
I like the outdoors and nature so I was nice to be based out of the city on the edge of the Niagara Escarpment. If you love nature it’s a great place to be, The Escarpment runs from New York State right through Ontario and back into Michigan, Wisconsin and Ill...

As we flew over the caribbean sea, the turbulence started shaking the airplane, making it quickly drop a couple of meters. That woke me up and when I looked at the map in the screen, showing where we were, I realized that I’ve never been that far away from home.
