One of my favourite spots of all time Reviews

Ah Krakow, how I miss the 90 degree heat (hot summer I guess), wonderful Kebabs (still crave while drunk nearly a year after, but I guess I found a semi-suitable replacement at Uni), and clubs in the basements. I stayed in Dom Studentiki Piast, which is a dorm/hostel. I took a Polish Language course there for 3 weeks, but after 2 weeks of partying, school took a back seat to more partying. The bar INSIDE the dorm is super cheap ($1.25 usd for a half litre of good beer) and I believe we got 35 shots for $16 us so its super cheap as I said. The clubs in downtown Rynek are fantastic (also very cheap) but I would recommend going as a mixed group, since dancing with locals can lead to some physical confrontations (by very angry shaved-headed goon boyfriends). If you are going to go to one place in Poland and you dont go to Krakow, shame on you. Not only is it a day trip to Auschwitz (very moving), you can go to the Salt-Mines (Wil. something) too. Overall best city in Poland, and one of my favourites in the world
