Not Likely to return Jan 04, 2008
My husband and I return to Jacksonville at least once a year (sometimes more). Decided to try Omni. Great location. Like the Riverwalk, always did. Valet service was great. Came back to the room after a long day, room not touched...not cleaned at ...read entire review at TravelPost.com

The room was ok, but the service was not helpful Oct 21, 2006
The room I was given was very dirty, the bathroom was had hairs in the sink and in the bathtub. When I called the front desk at 3:00 pm, it took 44 minutes for someone to come and clean it. The food in the restaurant was overpriced for the quali...read entire review at TravelPost.com
