Omni Fort Worth Hotel Reviews
An outstanding hotel in Fort Worth May 12, 2010
The Omni is a beautiful and brand-new hotel. My one King be room was huge and the ample bathroom was like a separate room in itself! (The Omni is one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at. Fortunately, I was in Fort Worth for a conference and stayed at the conference rate.)
Lots of amenities in the room! A nice comfy easy chair and ottoman. Desk. Wired or wireless Interent in the room, coffee maker, fridge, microwave, and hair dryer. Complementary water bottles were provided in the room. Even a bathrobe in the closet! Nice view, too.
The hotel has a large lobby for meeting people, a restaurant, club, lounge, and a wine bar. There is a rooftop pool and garden with a pool bar.
The Omni is a defintely business and conference hotel. It's directly across from the convention center and the Fort Worth Water Gardens. There are no outside resturants in the immediate vicinty, but downtown is not far away. The city's Molly the Trolley service provides free transportation, or you can easily walk there.
As part of the conference, I ate at the catered breakfast and lunch buffet at the hotel each day. Excellent food and selections!
The hotel has a Business Center with two workstations. Free printing is provided only for boarding passes. Otherwise there is a charge for printing.
The hotel offers valet parking for guests arriving by car. I arrived by train from DFW Airport. I think this was unusual, judging by the expressions I received as I walked in from the station!
The Omni has a nice gift shop that is a branch of Fort Worth's Kimball Art Museum.

Omni Fort Worth Hotel Overview
As breathtaking as any Texas sunset the New Omni Fort Worth offers a new taste of Texas hospitality. Located directly across from the Fort Worth Convention Center this modern hotel is sculpted from native stone and rich hardwoods wrapped in glass. It has a casual yet sophisticated style and a personality that is as gracious and dynamic as Fort Worth itself. The hotel offers 618 rooms and suites that definitely show Fort Worth*s softer side. Each features natural linens, bedding with saddle blanket throws and stitched pillows reflecting a touch of Texas. Modern technology has not been overlooked either with complimentary WiFi access available in public areas and high speed internet ready workstations available in all guest rooms. All rooms are nonsmoking. Our restaurants and lounges are sure to captivate as well. They range from gourmet steaks at legendary Bob*s Steak and Chop House, to the casual wine bar and Starbucks. The hotel is just steps away from Fort Worth*s cultural centers, restaurants and nightlife. DFW Airport is only a 20 minute drive away while Dallas Love Field is 35 miles away. *** A new landmark embraces style and comfort. ***
