Ole Ole Bali Kuala Lumpur Reviews
Ole-Ole Bali Feb 08, 2011
We came to this restaurant by chance. Our first choice of restaurant was closed and Ole Ole Bali seems to be the next best thing around.
I totally love the ambiance! It really makes you feel like you're in Bali. You can choose to either dine in, or out at the terrace. Seriously, both are just as perfect! Inside, you can also choose to dine on normal tables (with chairs), or 'duduk bersila' (crossed legs).
Interior is very cozy with dimmed lights, Balinese songs, and lots of wood/metal crafts for sale.
I wouldn't say their menu selection is 100% Balinese though, because they actually serve pasta there. Food is nice and drinks is sooooo yummy!!
Here's what we ordered:
Seafood Platter - MYR 35
Nasi (Rice) BBQ Chicken - MYR 26
Grilled Salmon Steak - MYR 33
Blended Honey Dew Mint - MYR 11
Blended Papaya - MYR 11
Ok, the price (especially for the drinks) is quite pricey I must say. But considering its size and portion of each main course, it's pretty ok. The BBQ chicken actually came as half of a whole chicken! I guess it's still cheaper than Chillis?
Cleanliness of this restaurant is A-rated as displayed at their cashier.
For a romantic, cozy, quiet dinner... I would recommend Ole Ole Bali.
