Old Siam Thai Restaurant San Francisco Reviews
The Old Siam Thai Restaurant Sep 20, 2008
As it was my second trip to San Francisco, i wanted to turn back to the best chinese restaurant i've ever been "House of Nan King" in the china town area. However my 2 friends were pretty lazy to walk that far just to have lunch. So we decided to have lunch at the "old siam" thai food restaurant, close to the union square.
I was really surprised, because the prices were quite fair. 10-13$ a meal. The decor and design of the restaurant left a clean and charming impression. The 2 waitresses were very friendly and charming;). The food was very nice, not as delicious as nan king, however it's worth turning back again. Their "thai ice tea" was yummi. I've never tasted it before, and it became one of my fav. drinks for this annual california trip.
If you like asian food, try both restaurant.
First head to Nan King in the china town area, however the next day, have a stop at "the old siam" :).
