The Old House Village Suites & Hotel is a boutique hotel comprising of 34 fully contained modern suites. We are settled along the Courtenay River amongst majestic gardens. We are located in downtown Courtenay close to great shopping and dining, the Comox International Airport and Mount Washington Alpine Resort. The hotel and suites have been designed and inspired by the West Coast, with large wood timberframes, slate and earthtones which give it an intimate and cosy feeling. The entire building is non smoking and we have a No Pet Policy.
