Old Broome Guesthouse is a stylish, tranquil home in the heart of the older part of town. Designed to work with the tropical climate, it makes the most of the breezes, with gardens and water features to create a serene atmosphere. Accommodation is in four double rooms, each with an open air bathroom, private courtyard and garden of tropical fruits and flowers. A spacious undercover central deck area and sitting room create a comfortable venue for business meetings or social gatherings. The four suites are stylishly furnished and the private bathrooms open onto tropical fruit-and-flower courtyard gardens. Guests also have a view of the garden from their own private sitting areas. Each bedroom has a refrigerator, coffee and tea making facilities, a television and DVD player, data point for the internet, a writing table and ample cupboard space for personal belongings. Guests can meet and relax on the large, open deck area or in the comfortable living room, which is also a pleasant space for prearranged meetings, workshops or social gatherings. Continental or cooked breakfasts are served to guests on the airy deck. There are a number of good restaurants in the neighbourhood, or an in-house evening meal can be provided by prior arrangement. A shaded swimming pool set in a palm garden is the perfect place to relax on a hot day.
