Oia Vacation Guide
Oia is famous for its imaginary sunset and its narrow passageways get crowded in the evenings. The most popular spot to watch sunset is by the Kastro walls. Oia, is beautiful, exquisite small town and an ideal place for those seeking peace and quiet.
If you want clean air, complete serenity, heavenly views and relaxation this is the place for you. Quad bikes can be hired from around 20eu per day. You can also hire sail boats and dune buggies. Plenty of restaurants, souvenier shops and jewellery shops to be found. Very expensive hotels but look carefully and you'll find some reasonable one's.We found a sweet little place called Atlantida Villas which is run by a great guy who is very sweet. You pay for the majestic views here and frankly this is the prime real estate on the island because of it but you need not pay 500eu+ per night. Our place was a little out of Oia, easy walk; but the same surreal views. :) Perfect.

A very pretty and special greek island i've visited for a day by boat. Lots of beautiful views but dont be afraid of heights and walking a lot of stairs!
