Odalys Hotel Chalet Alpina Tignes

WARNING the owners are trying to scam money off of visitors in order to renovate dingy rooms!

The rooms are grubby and ill equipped and the staff were rude unhelpful and incompetent. I am amazed that reputable tour operators would use such a low grade outfit for their customers.

Knew there would be trouble when they took a damage deposit upon arrival and had to hire bed sheets and pillows!! £200 was swiped on my credit card which the hotel then kept for damage to the room that neither I nor my partner or our child made. Luckily our tour operator Thompson had a sensible comploaints dept and they made satisfactory ammendments, however I can not recoup the time or the souring of a weeks holiday by the Odalys, steer well clear of this place if this is the way they operate.

Have been to Tignes many times before and stayed in a range of chalets and hotels, and this was so bad I have written reviews on every possible site to warn other travellers of the hotels behaviour
