Ocean Beach - A lovely, relaxing Beach! Apr 21, 2008
Having lived on two islands (England and New York) with crap weather, I am simply not a beach person. But this adventure with my mates to Ocean Beach, changed my Beach perspective. It's very cheap to get there - just need to take the SF MTA - Muni! It's not the quick way there (45 mins - 1 hour). But in the process you get to ride with the true people of San Fran and see the great neighbourhoods surrounding the city. In any case, when we got there, I didn't at all expect what I saw. The beach was empty with a few individuals here and there walking there dogs. But straight ahead of me was the Pacific Ocean! Beautiful sand dunes and it was simply another gem that we had come upon. It was a bit breezy, but we lived through it! Another memorable adventure with Beautiful views! Don't miss out!
