Oasis Restaurant Apapa Reviews
Oasis Restaurant Aug 10, 2012
It was such a hectic day at the office that several colleagues and I decided to relax a bit. One suggested we should try a re-opened restaurant as he said they served delicious food. He is referring to Oasis Snacks, this was hit by a fire several months back, so they had to close down but now it is back in business.
Oasis is located at Burma Road, Apapa, Lagos. Walls are plastered by different football clubs (football is such a popular sport in Nigeria), and tables and chairs plus the walls are painted lavender and pale pink.
It is my first time to try it here, and my choice for my first try is Cordon Bleu chicken. Others tried out the Shawarma Meat Platter, Chicken Wings and chips, and roasted chicken and chips, with side salads.
Food serving is big, and surprisingly not too expensive. It tastes good too. Cordon Bleu and Pepsi costs about 13usd, and the Shawarma platter plus Pepsi is about 10usd. Comparing this with the usual places to eat, I’d say this is very affordable by Lagos standards.
