Oakwood Hotel Marina Del Rey

There is no word to describe how unprofessional this place and the company is, unit s are real bad, staff unhelpful always they have an excuse or a sentence to say, if you are on business trip do not stay here for a long time never think about it. during the night time you have to call security 5 times to tell him to go and shut down the pool area since it should have been closed at 11pm (right 11pm since this is a night club) people can sign songs and laugh like animals at 1 am in the morning and you can hear it from a distance but deaf security can not hear from 10 feet. Our bikes has been stolen for 4 times they brake into my car and also break into other cars at least 3-4 times a month, do not think wrong our cars is parked inside of a gated parking with a security i guess the burglars are to professional and when you say your bike is stolen or something else they say if something happened to harm you physcially then they can help otherwise no help, everybody can get into pool or gym or tennis courts. Please bring your family on the weekends because this is a free and public pool that everybody can enjoy except the residents which are us. I wish i knew it before i signed the damn lease but i am going to file a report by my lawyer, maybe this can help other helpless people who are considering to rent it or stay in future at this awful place.

In October 2007, we stayed at Oakwood apartment in Marina Del Rey.

1. The building is used asbestos.
2. Pets allowed. Even someone's pet is dirty and have many flea and mite. They're peeing around the garden, pool side, wherever.
