I stayed here some time ago. The people are nice. The location can't be any better. However, the price is over the top for what you get.

The kicker was getting food poisoning (the worst ever) from their pub food. I brought it up to their management & they denied that it was them. It was the only food that I had all day --- they lost my business for good!

Rented a flat around the corner for less money.
