I had my first TB meet up and it was a lot of fun. We spent the day in Nurnberg, walking around the Easter Market, visiting the Albrecht Durer House, seeing the Imperial Castle, etc. Lots of fun!

My friend Marnix and I travelled to Nuremberg to see our favorite football team, AZ Alkmaar, play against 1. FC N…

Nuremberg was my last stop in Germany and I must admit that I completely underestimated how much it had to offer. Holiday celebrations were still taking place so at night each street was completely lit up with an amazing array of lights. The walk up to the castle is a great way to see the old town and also provides some of the best views of the city. I really wish I had had an extra day to spend in Nuremberg as I'm sure I missed out on a number of great sites.

There are over one hundred stalls in the main town square and surrounding streets.

Budapest, Hungary -› Athens, Greece -› …
Here are some pics from my 4 night stay in Athens. My friends had met up with me for the last week, so here I was back to the solo traveler life style. I must say that Budapest proved to be one of the largest surprises of the trip. It could be because I didn't expect as much from it as some of the other cities, but it proved to be a GREAT time!
