 The hotel that gives extended services to thier customers Sep 18, 2008
We had booked Novotel Hotel in Gent for our short getaway during September 2007. As usual we booked in advance to get the best deal.
Few days before the departure date, a minor accident happened and we had no choice, I contacted the Front Office manager and mentioned to him about the accident. I'm glad that he let us postpone our booking date to October and enjoy the same rate as we made the booking for September. We really happy that Novetel, Gent gives the extended services to their customers. I highly recommend Novotel, Gent to all of you, they really treasure their customers and give very good services.
