Nouveau Viet Nam Travel Reviews

There is only one word to describe the food here: FANTABULOUS!!! It is a small restaurant that serve Indochinese food and they know what they are doing. I don't know how to explain how good it is. My friends told me about this place and how they ate 2 out of 3 of their daily meals at this place on their 10-day trip to Paris. The lines are long and the hours of business is short. They had purchase the next business over to expand the dining room and still have to turn people away at the end of the day.

There is a bean dessert bar at the front door to entertain your mouth while you are waiting for a table. There is also a picture menu. I recommend the grilled chicken dish with the sticky rice and papaya salad. Mmmm, my mouth is watering thinking about it.

I had one with chocolate and bananas and I would fly back to Paris to have another if I could afford it. They have all sorts of flavours and other fo...
