Because communication sometimes sucks...we flew to Trondheim to take plane to Bergen...nothing is weird about it?just look at map of Norway.But i was kind of happy to see another part of Norway.

We are lucky to have so many trails to chose from, almost at the doorstep. This place is just about 5 mins drive from my friends place, and I guess we should take advantage of that more often. As we often do, we start our hiking trips by taking pics. We always find something that we wanna shoot a pic of, and therefor our trips also usually takes a lot longer time then what it would have without the cams. BUT... it's just unthinkable for either us to go anywhere without the cameras...lol Th...

Straight after the mild weather in Napoli, it was back to Paris, picking up some work attire and then the next morning off to Oslo. Rather chilly in comparison to where i was 24hrs earlier, but a nice work trip nevertheless. My first time to this Scandanavian city and the people are friendly and helpful! Didnt rate the cuisine so highly considering id just come basically from Napoli! A shame i didnt get to see more of it Oslo though.

With my friend Paul, my sister Mirjam and her boy Gerard, we drove around Scandinavia hundreds of kilometres a day.

Voyage to Oslo.

I hardly slept at all the night before. Think I got about 3 hours. Had too much on my mind, and missing my Sweetie. He's on a dirtbike ride in Mexico, and I couldn't help but wishing I was with him.... Anyway; I woke Patrick up at 5am, and by then I was almost ready. He got up, washed his face, brushed his teeth and got dressed. He helped me pack up the last things, and took the bags out to the car. It had been cold during the night, so I had to get the ice off the car before driving over to...

So on my little jet trip around the ocean surface we stopped in Bergen long enough that I could run around being a 'lightning tourist' and see Bergen. Only thing was that it was very early morning and dark but it gave it that something extra to see it by night. There was a very old area with wooden houses, wooden boardwalks and a wooden chair hanging over the wooden street. Fire trap if you ask me, but really lovely to see, such much history and character! I went to Oslo in early September of 2006 in order to purchase some CDs that were stolen from me in Brazil. I was planning to get there in a Friday morning, but my plane got a delay and then we landed around 19h what made me lost my plans. My return flight to London was set to next day, then I couldn't enjoy it so much. I hope to come over Oslo to purchase everything back someday!

I never would have thought a cruise along the western coast of Norway would have been worthwile, but after my grandmother took my sister and I, I realized it was spectacular. The landscape had a harsh, rugged beauty and the near 24-hour sunlight within the arctic circle was really an experience. Bergen was the largest city in Norway (but has only 250,000 inhabitants). The hiking was just phenomenal - especially when we climbed on a glacier.
