This is my favourite Chinese restaurant in Oslo. The food is excellent. The food can be quite spicy, so if you are not used to spicy food, order your meal mild. It is not always easy to get a table here either, so book ahead.

Kokken Charles vandt Bocuse d'Or i 2002 og 2003, er specialist i fisk og har skabt en stemning ud over det sædvanlige i sin restaurant i en halvsøvnig forstad til Stavanger. Et kæmpe plus: Han serverer selv og hyggesnakker med gæsterne. Det er da sympatisk!
