Well earlier this past week for three days it got down to below 40 degrees F.  Sure makes 10 below feel warm these days.  Seems that 40 below is a cut off for thing to start acting wacking.  My 'check engine' light went on for no apparent reason, cause I checked and it's still there.  You tires get frozen and it feels like you are driving on bumping ground when you know it's flat.  And then, it's just damn cold on you nose, fingertips and toes if you are out for too l…

Well not the best day for pictures as the clouds covered what little time there was for the sun to shine. BUT I finally got my moose picture and it happened right beside the road. That along with a nice hike in the snow covered birch trees made for a very peaceful day to reflect on the past year. MERRY XMAS....SCOTT

I had to revisit Alaska since my Alaskan gfriend was getting married over the summer of 2007. So I was there from Jul. 3 until Jul.15!!!
