Went to visit few friends up in NH. Climbed up to Mt. Washington summit...by car, but still, it was a great experience. That area of NH is simply gorgeous! Pictures will say it all.
It was also the first time I saw a bear in the wild. He was searching by the garbage few meters from me!

We end up in North Conway, New Hampshire around dinner time. I notice signs about bears (i'm not a fan) and ask the people working at the campsite if I should be worried. I am told it has been 7 years since the last bear siting...wew! After dinner and putting the kids to bed, we hang around the campfire…

If you go north on Interstate 93 for a long time you will end up in the White Mountain National Forest. Home of bears moose and deer. Also there are many great camping sites, the appalachian trail, and other hidden places. The leaf peepers come out of the woodwork in the fall to drive down the kangamangus highway to take in all the colors and the natural New England scenery. I travel here often I never get tired of seeing everything thing and there is so much to do for being in the forest.

She would romp thru the woods looking thru the trees and smelling the nature. It is very refreshing at this particular rest area on the way to North Conway. She didn't mind the sweater we would put on her, because she would get a bit chilly like us even though she had a winte…
