This stop wasn't so interesting for me - I got stuck taking care of the boat. All in all, I wouldn't recommend trying to see anything in Norfolk with out an automobile.

Living near the water is amazing and provides some pretty scenic locations. We've got it all here in coastal Virginia - the Atlantic Ocean, rivers, lakes, the Chesapeake Bay, the Great Dismal Swamp and even inter coastal waterways. Whether you're on the water or at it's edge it's always beautiful. Here are a few of the local "water" destinations in my backyard.

Just going back east to do one of my routine visits. This time around, I figured a road trip was in order...so follow me on my journey through some of my pictures!
