Nordpark Japanese Garden
Nordpark Japanese Garden Dusseldorf Reviews
Nordpark Japanese Garden May 15, 2011
Nordpark japanese garden is a small japanese botanical garden located inside nordpark (north park) in düsseldorf. It was established in 1937 by the nazi empire for the working class as their propaganda. As düsseldorf had the largest japanese community in germany, the park (one of the two and the smallest) is also a getaway for them.
the park contains an area with zen, a small population of cherry blossom trees and typical plant species native to japan.
the park is popular not only to the japanese community but all people from walks of life in düsseldorf, as they go here to unwind from the stress of work.
