There is also a television if you would like to watch. In the lounge you will also be able to order drinks or have a glass of beer. You can experience many different things in Alta both in summer and winter. Some possibilities in the winter might be a dogsled-ride under the northern light, snowmobile ride or a visit to an Ice Hotel. In the summer you can experience the world famous rock carvings, the beautiful Alta Canyon or boat trips both on the famous Alta River or at sea. If you would like to go on any of these tours, our staff will help you the best we can so that you will be able to have these experiences. The Hotel has been fully renovated in 1990, and in 2004 we build a new section to the hotel. We have high standard in all our rooms, and all of them have private bathroom with toilet and shower. The rooms that are facing forward have a beautiful view, and the rooms facing the other side are nice and quiet rooms. There are also cable-TV, radio and telephone in all rooms. Some rooms even have access to the Internet. If you would like to relax after a strenuous day you can do that in our sauna or in our whirlpool.
