Cute Hotel/Hostel Jul 15, 2013
For the price of $60/night, this place was a pretty good value. It was an adorable apartment-type building that was only a hotel when I checked-in, but is in the process of becoming a hotel and hostel combo.
There are several individual bedrooms, mine had an incredibly comfortable queen sized bed with expensive bedding. A huge white fluffy comforter with the perfect fluff pillows. The room also included a wall-mounted TV, wifi, closet, desk, and a sink/mirror/toiletry stand. There are a couple main bathrooms (single toilet in each), and separate shower rooms (single shower in each) for all guests to use. So no personal toilet or shower. But the place was very clean and adorable, really. A communal kitchen as well if you wanted to prepare your own food. However, no fridge.
The only problem I had was that the walls are thin. I heard the woman in the room next to me talk on the phone for a good hour around 3 a.m.
But a good location, I went for a jog along the boardwalk in the morning, and there are several fresh seafood restaurants close by.
