It was very nice to get away from the resort area and go to Chania and very healthy for me as I was starting to get crazy in the place where everyone just eats, drinks and lies on the beach. I love towns, cities, probably a lot more than landscapes and nature.
Chania is the second biggest town on the island. It is a great tourist attraction, Venecian port is packed with restaurants and tavernas with polish, german, russian, french and other people eating. But the Venetian port is the main a...

Crete in the summer is a fresh, luscious olive swimming in the Mediterranean sea.
It soaks up the sunshine, absorbs the stillness and laziness of the air. It makes you idle and static. Time doesnt exist here :)

We spent an incredible two months travelling by train and bus through Eastern Europe, from Berin southward to Athens. We've seen some incredible sights and met some awesome people. Eastern Europe rocks my socks.

We get up around 08:30, go for breakfast and start the day the same way as yesterday. Then we walk through town. Now we stroll th...

We take the evening ferry to Crete today...
We've spent the last three days in Crete and leave tonight on an overnight ferry to Athens. Crete is much more arid than eith...

This is a review from a trip to Crete. I used to work there as a waiter and shop-assistant. Luckily in my free time I managed to see a few points of interest, on this charming island.

Traveling the Greek Isles is an experience that I truly believe everyone should take part in. From partying at night in the Old Harbor to scuba diving for old World War 2 fighter planes, there's not much else like it in the world.
