Noho Manchester Reviews
Noho May 06, 2010
Noho is a bar with cool art on the walls, not to be confused with Moho Live.
I have no idea who names places in the Northern Quarter, but they don’t make it easy for the casual visitor. Such is life. The things to note about Noho are that it is not especially cheap, by Northern Standards, but that it has cool art on the walls and very comfy sofas. The art work has helicopters and dogs and CCTV cameras on it, and the sofas look vintage.
I went in the daytime, and it was very nice, although the large square bar room gave me a slight feeling of youth club, because of the large square space with a projector screen on one wall. I’ve seen it at night, though, and it is always busy, which I think would improve the atmosphere no end.
I will probably go back, although possibly not if I could persuade people to go to the Bull’s Head instead.
