Nikko Bali A hotel all on its own Aug 05, 2009
Nikko Bali is a beautiful hotel located a 10 minute drive from Nusa Dua perched on a cliff top overlooking the beautiful ocean.
Our hotel room was on the second floor with views of the main pool and the ocean. The balcony was a great place to sit and relax with a morning coffee and a complimentary newspaper to read. The Nikko Bali is beautiful, spotless and clean with some many ammenities and activities organized by the hotel. Enjoy the day swimming in the six pools floating under waterfalls, bridges and sliding down the water slide. sunbake or read a book or even enjoy the spa. Staff organize water volleyball and water basketball games to help keep everyone entertained The private beach stretches out for miles with a small coral reef for snorkelling. The ocean is flat here so everyone can enjoy the beach Great restraunts with great food, a couple of bars including a swim up bar to enjoy outdoors the place is everything you expect from a beach hotel. Some people don't like the isolation of the hotel but its only a short and cheap taxi to downtown Nusa Dua with great rates of around $170 a night. Luxury Accommodation Jun 05, 2010
I Stayed here long time ago due to conference, it was three nights. My room is spacious enough but only facing their garden.
The beach is very nice in here, and I was stunned every time I took the elevator down to their pool. Pool was nice as well. Pity that this location is far from anywhere. The food was excellent. |

Secluded luxury beach resort Jan 03, 2010
Nikko Bali Resort is located in a secluded area of Nusa Dua about 45 minutes drive from Ngurah Rai International Airport.
From the moment we stepped out of the car and walked into the cool lobby, a relaxing atmosphere can be felt. The staff are welcoming, courteous and presented us with a cool, refreshing welcome drink. Check in was quick and we were shown to our room with a gorgeous view of the pool and Indian ocean beyond as the hotel is set up high on a hillside. As the Nikko has a private beach there are no constant nagging of people trying to get you to buy their goods. Breakfast buffet was wonderful with a vast selection of dishes. However, prices for lunch/dinner at the restaurants are quite expensive. We rented a car with a driver during our stay so we were able to get around more easily, especially for food and entertainment as I think it would be safe to say that this resort is for more of a quiet retreat. Neverthess, all in all Nikko is a great value for money, wonderful room and excellent staff service. |
